Instructions for Using Remote Assistance

    To initiate a Remote Connection with Chiron Data Support:

  1. Click the name of the Chiron Data Systems you are speaking to.
  2. You will be prompted by the dialog shown below asking if you would like to run or save. Click Run.

  3. You will then be prompted by a second dialog (shown below) asking if you would like to Run or Save. Click Run
  4. You will then see a dialog with terms and conditions. At this point you will need to wait for the support person to initiate the remote connection.


  5. Once the support person initiates the remote connection, you will be ask for permission for the support person to either:
    - Allow shared control of your computer
    - Allow only viewing
    - Refuse Request
